Missing some texts

Hey all. New iOS user here. Ever since I activated my 4s this week I've been missing texts from my wife and she's not getting some from me too. I chatted with sprint tech support and he reset me network setting remotely and said the issue would resolve itself in a couple hours. That was over 8 hours ago and I'm still not getting about 1 of 5 texts from my wife. She's also not getting about the same percentage from me.

I also had her update the network settings and prl from her Pre and reboot. Any ideas? If it keeps up I might reactivate my android to see if the problem follows.

Im having similar issues. I cannot send my girlfriend a text, yet I am getting all of hers. No one else is having the issue with me.

well chatted again for the second time and this CS rep said there is an issue in the area. How come the other CS rep didn't know anything about this?
