missing mailboxes

New to iphone, so hope these aren't ridiculous questions.

When i go to mailboxes for email, I can only view inbox or trash. There is no sign of an outbox or sent items folder, how do I get these up?

Then in text messages is there a way to view messages as sent and received rather than all looking the same in one folder?

Also does anyone know the smtp outgoing settings and authentication for vodafone?

To answer your email question? The sent and trash is there. You need to go back into the email to the parent screen which shows your "all" inboard and accounts. Enter the specific account for the sent or trash box you want to see. In regards to the text message question, I don't know of a way to organize it differently.
