Cant fine anything on my search for answers on this one.
I've downloaded word and one drive on my iphone 5s. when i try to open a word document, it automatically opens up work and i get a message about insufficient privileges and the document wont open. opens fine on my computer and i haven't changed any privileges on the documents.
I also have to constantly keep trying to enter my password into onedrive on the iphone .
I was surprised at how little information i found on the issue when researching it. sounds like many have had similar issues with their ipads, but not iphones. i have the issue on both.
any help would be appreciated.
