Messenger/Facebook?

There's a badge/notification showing on the messenger app, but there's no new message. How can get rid of this badge? thanks

Did you try logging in to Facebook in Safari, and take a look at your messages there? Maybe one message hasn't been read so far, but you can't see it in Messenger, for some reason.
