Hello. I don't understand why this is happening:
I previously lost an iPhone 5. On this lost iPhone 5, a contact was deleted and a number blocked. On my replacement iPhone 5, I added the number and contact again, unblocked on this replacement. When I send an iMessage, it receipts delivered, and when I call, I hear ringing on my end for 10-15 seconds, sometimes 20. However, the person claims to receive no texts or calls... What could be the issue?
