You might not recognise the name of publisher Beeline Games at first, but it’s actually the new name for Capcom Mobile, probably best known, as far as iOS games are concerned, for Smurfs' Village. Who’s That Flying?! (aka WTF?! - see what they did there!) is the first game to be released under the new name, and comes from the award-winning UK developer Mediatonic (Monsters (Probably) Stole My Princess). In the superhero-themed side-scrolling shooter, the player takes control of the mysterious and powerful Guardian of Earth, who keeps Earth safe with his/her hyper-powered laser arm and the power of flight. When the Doom Beasts attack, you must overcome impossible odds in order to defeat the pesky hordes, at the same time as defending yourself against accusations of gross incompetence from the Galactic Council of Justice.

The game features 15 story-driven levels over five unique stages, including five epic boss battles. There are also 24 Challenge Mode levels to enjoy and five Infinite Mode levels. Graphics have been enhanced to Retina Display standards, and the game can be played on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Love these quirky Mediatonic games (they’re also responsible for Must.Eat. Birds).
