Making A Contact Uneditable?

I have some long information (2 to 5 paragraphs) that I need to keep on hand and have them in my Contacts. Is there a way I can make them unable to be edited? Sometimes when I call them up and hit the screen with my thumb or a finger, the iPhone 5 thinks I'm going to edit it. Thanks very much for your help.

I don't believe it's possible to prevent contacts from being edited.
