I seems magnets are the latest thing to cause problems with some iPhone models. A few users around the web are reporting that accessories, which use magnets, are interfering with the iPhone 6 Plus camera and iPhone 6 and 6 Plus Near Field Communications features.

Companies like Photojojo began to manufacture lens for the iPhone camera, which simply attach to a magnet glued onto the phone itself, allowing easy attachment and removal when not in use. The lenses seem to work just fine with older iPhone models, but some users are saying the iPhone 6 Plus' Optical Image Stabilizer goes haywire when attaching a lens.
The 6 Plus camera seems to work just fine when the lens is not attached, but ones the magnetic lens goes on, the camera begins to shake like Jello. Some users have even reported that NFC doesn't work for Apple Pay when a lens is attached, just goes to show that magnets doesn't play nice with the new iPhones.

Apple has recently updated its support document for Made For iOS standards, after the launch of new iPhones. The newly updated documents suggest that accessory-makers avoid using magnets in any of their products.
