Lost my jailbreak...

I jail broke my iphone today. I just downloaded an app from Cydia and after it finished I got a message saying my phone is in safe mode because of some error. It restarted and now it's no longer jail broken. I plugged it back into the PC and performed a tethered boot again but it won't finish the boot. It just turns back on in it's normal state.

Any way I can get back to my jailbreak?

Help us out w/ a little more info please. What app was it that you downloaded from Cydia? Hopefully that can help us track down the culprit...

Thanks for the help but I fixed it. I went and deleted the latest app I downloaded which was some code for a lock screen app. Fixed it.
