Lost music

I went to iTunes and purchased a song when I went to add it to my latest playlist 3/4 of them were gone and so was my list of purchased ones. I’ve tried a hard reset and down loaded what I had in the cloud. Still no playlist and listing for purchased ones still missing. This was before my 13.1.1 update.

If you purchased it in iTunes it may be waiting on your iPhones in Music downloads,just waiting for you to download it.
