lost camera icon

For some strange reason my camera icon has disappeared.Any ideas how to get it back ?

For some strange reason my camera icon has disappeared.Any ideas how to get it back ?

try doing a hard reset,hold down your sleep/wake button and home button at the same time until the apple logo appears then let go and your phone will reboot,this fixes a lot of glitches.

Is it possible you restricted the app in settings, general, restrictions? Make sure it is "on".
