Looking for Iphone 4 car mount / gps combo for my wife.

Does anyone know of a good and functional car mount and GPS app that is reliable? My Garmin nuvi seems to get her confused more than helps her. She has an iphone and it'd be great for her to be able to use it (if it's reliable) in her car. Something that charges as well as is easy to use when she's on the road would be awesome. Let me know if you have any suggestions (tom tom, proclip, etc...). Thanks.

Tom Tom with Tom Tom car mount. Charges while you drive and has a gps signal booster. Think it also works with bluetooth hands free. Expensive though. I think the app is £44 and the mount is £99. Would probably be better of buying a normal Tom Tom.

You can use the mount with a different app. Doesn't have to be tom Tom. There's a few half decent free sat nag apps out there, but if the wife gets confused with garmin...
