locked out !

First let me say Hi to everyone .... Hi ...
I have a unique problem ,
I gave My iphone 4 to my daughter because she broke her 3s .
two months later My little girl (Collette) burned to death in a fire, I just got our phone back from the police , (they had it for evidence just in case ).
It has our last text and pics on it , and it is disabled can anyone help me recover them please I cant sync it because her laptop was totally destroyed. any help or advice is greatly appreciated

I would take it to Apple and explain the situation. They should have the tools necessary to retrieve any data that is still viable.

I did try that they just looked at me dumb founded .

Dumbfounded that occured. I suggest you call Apple's corporate office now. Someone there should at least get you directed to the right people for this situation.

Very sorry for your loss.

Apple corporate should have answers for you. You may have to send it to their tech department but they should be able to retrieve any pictures or texts off it you want.
