Locked out of wifi due to incorrect password

Hello,

I am new to Iphone and thus having trouble with connecting to my wifi.
I have an Iphone5 and attempted to connect to my wifi but typed in an incorrect password a few too many times.

now i am locked out, when i go to click "join" it is greyed out.

is there any way to reset this or is it time definitive?

go to settings-wifi and click on the little white arrow in blue next to your network name,is there an option to forget network?

there is a blue arrow but it takes me to another screen which says:

IP Address
DHCP BootP Static
Ip Address
router
dns
search domains
client ID

HTTP Proxy
Off Manual Auto

at the top doesn't it say....forget network?

you could try resetting your network...go to settings-general-reset-reset network settings.
