LOCKED APP! HELP!!

Hi,

So I stupidly updated my iPhone 7 plus to software 11.0.1. without backing it up before.

I have an app on the phone PIC LOCK 3 ULTIMATE. Which can't be used with the new IOS 11.
My old iPhone 6 has IOS 10.3.3 and I have downloaded PL3 onto it but obviously it has no files.

Ive tried speaking to the developer and they have ignored me and others. so thats a no go.

So can anyone help me get the files from the app back onto a different phone or even enable me to open the app on my current phone so i can move all the files off the app.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I believe you'll have to wait for the app developer to update the app for iOS compatibility before you can access the app and its files.
