Lifeproof fre or otterbox defender??

Hi guys
I now the LF is waterproof and i prefer the design but my question is....
The defender looking more resistant but it's really more resistant?
I see a video on YouTube where the LF resist under a BMW m3...
I am undecided beacause i care the drop resistance
Help.. .

I had one of the original Lifeproof case when they first came out. Audio quality was terrible & one had to make it "un" water resistant in order to hear the call or the caller hear them.
I try to purchase Otterboxes whenever they have a case for the phone i'm using. They've never failed me & i'm pretty clumsy.
