Keyboard with hold keys

Hi All, I just got an iphone se and am a brand new iphone user. I previously always used android. I need help with the keyboard. I am used to a keyboard that displays numbers on the top and offers the hold key feature to have symbols show when you hold the corresponding letter. Example of what I mean below. For the life of myself I can't figure out how to set this up. Can anyone help please?

The iPhone keyboard is a bit different to the Android one, but hopefully you will soon get used to it. To access the numbers simply tap the 123 button to the left of the space bar.
