Just got my first I-phone (Can I transfer networks?)

Just got my first I-phone ever and it's a 5 !

But my question is that my current number is on Virgin Mobile and the shop gave me the phone for T-mobile/new simcard, However I want to keep my number on Virgin and was wondering if it's possible to transfer the Virgin number to T-mobile?

Yes. You need to ring Virgin and request a PAC code. Then pass this on to T-mobile. They will then do the rest.
