jailbreak installation error

Hello

I am trying to install jailbreak to my iphone 4 with firmware 5.1 tethered and redsnow 0.9.10b6. But the error prompted after finishing second stage of jailbreak. Now my iphone is in recovery mode with black screen. I tried to run many times this process but ended up with similar error.

If someone know how to solve it or anyone can help me out please?

Delete redsn0w and download it again from a guest account on your computer or a different web browser.

Extract the .zip to your desktop, open the redsn0w folder, and drag redsn0w.exe to your desktop.

Right click on redsn0w.exe

Click "Properties"

On the bottom of the box click on the small box that says "Run this Program as administrator".

Click okay to be sure that setting saves.

Now launch redsn0w and plug in iPhone.

Click "Jailbreak"

(do not click "Next")

Shut off device completely (if you cannot shut off device just skip this step)

Enter DFU mode by holding both sleep and home button for 10 seconds.

When you get to 10, release the sleep/power button but keep holding te home button for another 15 seconds.

Once the device has entered DFU the jailbreak will start automatically.

It is better to enter DFU mode first instead of clicking "Next" and following the button press timers.
