Go to jailbreakme.com.
That's the easiest way. Make sure to do a backup first though. Just in case something goes wrong.

I've try it, but it cant, coz my IOS is 4.1

Here ya go... this thread will never lead you astray. Always kept up to date! As Darkstar said above, make sure you perform a "backup" in iTunes before starting your JB.
