Itunes - There is a problem with your iPhone (Iphone 4)

I'm trying to connect my Iphone 4 with itunes and i'm receiving following error on itunes :

I tried to Sync my itunes on different computers but still same error

* Already Restored to IOS 7.1.2
* Tried to sync with Sim and without sim but same error's

Please Help me to Get my Iphone back
