iphone6 emergency calls

Does anybody know if it is possible to give the emergency services your GPS location automatically when you call them on an iphone6?
I know this can be done on the 7 and the watch.

Pretty sure that after iOS 8, the iPhone's location information is automatically used to aid response efforts regardless of what your privacy settings are. It's a standard feature when dialling 911 on your handset or using the emergency call feature, no matter what iPhone you have.

Thanks for the reply. I should have said in my post that I live in the UK, from your use of '911', I assume you are in the USA. I cannot find if it applies here in the UK though.
