iphone4 volume

my iphone 4 have a low volume . i have also a iphone 3gs e this have a louder volume . what is the problem?

Locate "RegionalVolumeLimits.plist" in "/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/MediaToobox.framework"

Open it with "Property List Viewer, and change all ".83" to "25"

Save and reboot your phone.

Tho it may simply be a hardware problem.................But this just might help.
