iPhone Stuck on Waiting For iPhone

Hi Everyone
I have an iPhone 4S. which went weird these 2 days.i did nothing, as a daily routine i put for 4 hours to charge but when i come and try to unlock it showed me the red itunes logo. i did nothing

i conected it to iTunes and it detects i downloaded the ipsw seperately and tried to flash via dfu mode nothing happens
and also i let the itunes download the software update and install but nothing happens.. it shows only the apple logo with the progress bar with no any progress. dont even move a bit
itunes still shows waiting for iPhones..

plz help me and sort out this problem

NOTE: I havent Jailbreakd and i was on 9.3.1

When your iPhone shows the "Connect to iTunes" icon, use recovery mode to restore it. Here are the instructions:
If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Before you restore it, make sure iTunes and your computer are up to date.

Nothing works and was trying for 3 hours changing the cables, port, even the PC and a MAC too,,

Then there's only this left to try:
TUTORIAL - Failsafe method to restore the current version of IOS

This method will also help with not jailbroken iPhones.

If this doesn't work either, contact Apple Support or take your device to the next Apple Retail Store.
