Motion is a tweak in Cydia that will add a bit of motion to your Springboard. You have multiple settings you can enable and disable in the settings to your liking. Some of these settings are rotation, scaling, skew, flip, jump, transparency, vertical wave, & horizontal wave. It will randomly make these awesome animation effects on your Springboard and just liven your Homescreen. This is perfect if you have a dock and would like to have something similar to a screen saver on your iDevice. You can find Motion for $1.00 in the Cydia Store.​

Shouldn't affect it that much. Maybe a little more CPU power but not much because this is so simple.
