IPhone power button works bad since IOS 5 upgrade

Hi guys !

Since I upgraded my iPhone 3GS to IOS 5, when I try to lock or unlock my phone with the power button, it does not work every time. I sometimes have to press the button down several times to make the screen lock or unlock. I am almost sure it is a software issue and not a hardware one.

Have you encountered the same issue ? How can I make my button work ?

Try hard resetting or perform a fresh restore.

Did this work for you? Mine started acting like yours after the update to 5.0 too, but mine doesnt work at all anymore. Im thiinking mine might be a hardware problem.
