Hi everyone,
I've never used this site before, and am only a new iPhone user, but I have a problem that I can't figure out.
I work for a mid-range company and have only recently inherrited an iphone. My problem is, I have my company Outlook address book on my phone, but some of the information is out of date.
For example, I have the details for an employee named Jack on my phone. When Jack calls my phone (or if I miss a call from Jack) his information is listed as JILL, turns out Jill used own Jack's phone. Even though I have updated the contact name and number, it still comes up as the name of the employee who used to own the phone. There are quite a few and I'm having quite a lot of trouble resolving this. It is very difficult for me as I'm a new employee who's still trying to get to know everyone.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. I can't tell you how annoying this is.
