I bought an iPhone 3G unlocked by jailbroken yesterday, this morning I opened the Cydia app, and as soon as I opened the app, my mobile network was gone and would not come back. Cydia told me to reboot my iPhone so I did this, and the Cydia app was gone. And my phone turned off, if I try to turn on my phone it tells me to connect it to iTunes, so I did that this morning, iTunes tells me to reset my phone, but that won't work since it is jailbroken.. Can I jailbreak it myself and unlock again?

After restoring your iPhone it will be slow due to the fact the IOS4 (4.0-4.21) on the iPhone 3G would be very slow.
But you can jailbreak and unlock the iPhone 3G.
If you downgrade to IOS3
It will be faster but if there's a pro there would likely be cons.
Cons are that you can barely get and up to date apps and that Cydia will take a fair amount of time to load.
But you can jailbreak and unlock it by yourself if you restore it.
