iphone has no audio ????

Hi.....hoping someone can please help me........All of a sudden I have no audio on my iphone......when I dial a number I can't hear it ringing & when the phone is answered I can't hear the other person speaking........BUT if I put the phone on loud speaker when I dial & answer I can hear or if I put the ear jacks in I can hear?????????

I have tried re booting the phone & have also cleaned out the hole where the phone jack goes......

You can try by restoring your phone through itune and re-setting to factory setting but if you have the same problem then take it to your nearest Apple service.
