iphone displaying wornf time every moring?..

hey guys i have just recently (about 2 days ago) had this problem that every morning i have to wake up for school the time is an hour behind. So bassically my alarm is at 6 45 but since of my dumb fone it puts the time back an hour and then im always late . I adjust the time right when i see it but it keeps changing. plzzzzzz help!!
