I am not sure what is dishonest about apple offering the option to make good on something they feel they should.

Lucky me. I bought two bumper cases (which im not proud of saying), that were way too exspensive but in the long run im not as ashamed because apple reimbursed me my 63 or some odd bucks. I havent been to the apple store since i got my phone but is it still hard to get a bumper?
