Iphone 6s will not reboot after backup

hi I have just bought a new IPhone 6 and when backing up from my old phone with the laptop it backup but ended up rebooting. This now will not complete the rebooting. all I get is the apple logo every couple of minutes. The mobile is now not recognised by ITunes. I have tried to connect to ITunes on another computer but it is still not recognised. Please help

A few suggestions:

Make sure iTunes and your computer are up to date.

Reset your iPhone: press and hold Home and Power button simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of both, your device will power up on it's own.

Put your iPhone into recovery mode to get it working again. The instructions are here:

The iPhone is now recognised by iTunes but will not restore or update.
All I have is a black screen. When connected I get the connection screen with the iTunes label and the apple logo keeps coming and going.

That means you'll have to use recovery mode. I've posted the link to the description in my post above.

If that doesn't work, use this method:

It's not for jailbroken devices only. It could help with your problem.

my iPhone is only a few days old and I cant use it. There is a 0800 number to use for recently bought mobiles but don't seem to be able to use it in cyprus

I have tried this but only get the statement that the iPhone cannot be recovered or updated

If it's just a few days old, it's still under warranty. Take it to an Apple Store, if there's one of them near you. Otherwise contact Apple Support.

No, sorry, I can't find the same site for Cyprus in English. The UK site would be in English, but it won't help when you're in Cyprus.
