iPhone 6s keeps disconnecting from wifi

Using a 6s right now but it Jerod disconnecting from wifi, skype know how to fix this? I tried forgetting the network ashes turning off location services

Does the WiFi disconnect happen when you're using the iPhone or does it happen while the iPhone is asleep?
