IPhone 6 help needed!

Hello!



The text messages and all phone contacts disappeared on our iPhone 6 yesterday. When we go into manage storage in settings, messages are showing as 2.83GB. And when we click on that it says messages (saved). So they must be still somewhere, but we don't know how to get them back. There are some very spec messages that we're desperate to find.



Any help would be really appreciated!

Hi Tracy, You could try a hard-reset. Just hold the Home and Power buttons at the same time for about ten seconds until the Apple logo appears, then let go. There will be a pause and your phone will restart, hopefully with the missing items showing.

All this is is a restart, it won't delete anything, it is safe to do
