iPhone 5 R-SIM 7+ Unlock ios7

Hi I have a iPhone 5 which is currently running ios 6.1.3. My phone was originally on digitel venzuela and now it's in the uk and running on ee. My question is how do I update my phone to ios 7.0.2 and get the r sim 7 to work. If so could you please instruct me I would be grateful for your help

You can't update your iOS to 7.0.2, the only iOS version you can update to is iOS 7.0.3.
