iphone 5 disable for 24000 minutes HELP :((

my iphone5 is from my mom and she forgot the password and it disable for 24000 mins .. anyone can help me fix this iphone 5
any help will appreciated thanks in advance

but how many times did she attempt? 24000 mins is rather odd

Wow. Didn't know the numbers would go that high. 16.6 days.... I remember when I got locked out of mine. If you backed up recently, just do a restore. That fixed it for me.

You'd have to either wait it out, or restore it. If you don't have a backup of the device and it has important data on it, then wait it out. If you have a recent backup or if the data on it isn't valuable at all, just restore it in Recovery/DFU mode using iTunes. Note that it must be in DFU/Recovery or it won't let you as it'll ask you to unlock it first.
