Iphone 4S getting warm/heat quickly

Please share your experience with your iPhone 4s to reduce or avoid the iPhone getting heat quickly , in my experience iPhone getting heat on 28% of battery running and suddenly will appear sign or mark " temperature hot and iPhone need cooling down also emergency ".

In your experience w/ the heat warning... what activities are you performing w/ your iPhone when the warning comes up?

The activity i did Only sent an email and open The Facebook, Thats all

Jailbroken or Stock... and age of your 4S?

No jailbreak , this Mobile was used 9 months.
FYI the signal of Internet in my hometown is low signal, it is influence to this issue ( make the iPhone more quickly warm/heat)

9 month old iphone is still young. Do you use a tight case for your phone while charging? Coz it really heats up the phone fast. When i charge, I always remove my case and It depends with the games or apps you're using.

Yup i used the case but its not tight I think, for the game I was deleted all the games.
But for charging I will try for open the cAse during charging
