iPhone 4S 12 month tariffs

Anyone here in he UK know if anyone other than Tesco will be offering the iPhone 4S on anything less than a 24 month contract? I checked but can't see any. Man, compared to the XE (my second choice) this phone is a real credit cruncher! Any help appreciated, cheers.
