iphone 4 updated to iso 7 how to downgrade HELP

ok I got a iphone 4 with iso6 that's at&t unlocked so I go to put it on net10's network but my phone updated to iso 7 how do I downgrade I found this site will this work Scam link removed Thanks

Any site that has the terms: jailbreak, jb, 4, 5, 6, 7, evaders, evad3rs, ios, evasi0n-, evasion-, devteam, downgrade, etc, are all FAKES. If you try that hard to make your site stand out, it's obviously a fake.

any body else I don't think I have my shsh blobs cause I did not plan on updating so I did not save the blobs. is there an easy way please help
