iPhone 4 unlock!

Hi everyone,

I just got an iPhone 4, running IOS 5, and it is locked to Bell (cellular provider in Canada). Under about is says Version 5.0 (9A334), Model MC603C, Modern Firmware 04.11.08. Wondering what I can do, can I downgrade this to a different firmware and then jailbreak then unlock? Can I just jailbreak like this? Please help me out, I am very eager to use this phone! Thank you for your time.

04.11.08 baseband is not unlockable and there is no way to downgrade baseband.
