iPhone 4 stuck in safe mode

I was having some battery problems and I read somewhere to do a "Reset All Settings". After the phone rebooted, springboard crashed and I'm stuck in safe mode. I'm jailbroken on 5.1.1. Can someone please help?

You're problem is coz you've Tried the reset all settings on your iPhone. When you jailbreak the jailbreak moves some of the iOS files around so when you try to reset all settings it actually deletes some important files if I'm not mistaken. The only way as far as I know for you to be able to get your phone to a working state again is to put it in DFU mode and restore as a new phone using iTunes. I hope this helps with your problem

If you have your 5.1.1SHSH saved, you could restore your iPhone to 5.1.1 with the latest redsn0w.

Then jailbreak it again.
