Iphone 4 speaker problem

The iPhone speakers on mine are stupid there are two speakers at the bottom but only the right one works and why does it have weird sound like its gonna break when I put music on very loud

My mic has always looked dogy? Like trapped dust ? Iv tryd blu tak but it's like it's rusty ,wud I get a replacement for that?
