Nope. Unless they tell you what the password is, or you remove the asterisks when typing in the password and you're over their shoulder watching them do it or if they type it in and show you it, you won't be ale to retrieve it. It's sandboxed well on your device by iOS

I've read about airstash and go flex wifi drives. Haven't used them myself.
I have an apple wifi hard drive for home use that I can access over the Internet with file browser. Works well for smaller files with 3G, works very fast at home.
