iPhone 4 on IOS5 not syncing voice memos suddenly

Syncing voice memos has been working correctly since I updated to IOS 5, but today I ran sync and it will not sync the latest 2 memos.

Before IOD 5 there was a work around to consolidate libraries which fixed a similar problem, but with iTunes 5 this action is no longer possible. Is there a work around to fix this problem. One of my voice memos is very important to me and I MUST get it onto my (Windows 7) PC.

Solved. Switched off iPhone, then after switching it back on, the voice sync worked !
