Iphone 4 - not able to email pics I take with the phone anymore ?

For some reason , and probably something I did , I can't email pics anymore. I select the pics out of the album , then select the email button and all that works fine , but when I've sent pics in the past, it'll take upto 5 minutes or so for them to send , now they don't send at all ! Help ???
