iPhone 4 Crashing caused by maildataprovider "Please Help"

My iphone 4 is jailbroken on 5.1.1 untethered, i wasn't having any problems and all of a sudden once every few days my springboard would crash and crash reporter tells me that maildataprovider is what caused the crash. If anyone cold help me fix this id appreciate it.

Yeah i checked the thread out, pretty much already did what they said. I just changed my default email account and haven't had any more problems out of my phone. I just need to know if it happens again is there any other option than to restore? I have my phone set up nice and dont wanna have to go through setting each individual tweak back up. Thanks for the help, really appreciate it. Other than this minor issue my device is a ok!
