Iphone 4 6.1.3 jailbreak

Ok I upgraded my iphone 4 software to 6.1.3 ; so can i still use evasiOn method to jailbreak my phone ? Thanks !!

Unfortunately, no. The evasi0n JB only works up to iOS 6.1.2.

You can use RedSn0w to tether jailbreak 6.1.3. If you have iOS 6.0-6.1.2 blobs, you can downgrade on your 4 to an Evasi0n supported iOS.
