iPhone 4(16Gb) won't connect w/iTunes via STARBUCKS

Sometimes it won't connect when I click the itunes app on my phone either. Not sure what is going on or how to fix it. Any ideas or tips?

I can open itunes and click Music or Movies, etc and get stuff to show up. Just double checking, I was able to purchase a song just a few seconds ago.

So, I go back to Starbucks and tried to download a FREE song and the same error message comes up, "Cannot connect to iTunes Store".

HELP????

Did you make sure to re-establish the WIFI connection? After an hour of inactivity I believe or when they close for the day, you'll have to re-accept their ToS before you're connected again.
