iPhone 3GS unlocking help

I would like to unlock my iPhone 3GS, it is jailbroken already, and Cydia is installed.

Details about the phone

iPhone 3GS
Version: 5.0.1 (9A405)
Modemfirmware: 05.16.05

Is it possible to unlock this phone? If yes, how ?

It is possible, yes. You'll need to upgrade your Baseband to the iPad Baseband, 6.15.00. In doing so, you'll most likely loose GPS capabilities... which is common when upgrading the 3GS to the iPad Baseband but, necessary if you need to Unlock.
