iPhone 3gs problem

Hi, I have iPhone 3gs and I wanted to unlock and I tried. But after performing iPad Baseband change for my iPhone the phone keeps on restarting and I cannot use that..! After several attempts it stuck up at "Connect to iTunes" symbol. Guys please help me in this issue.
